CONFERENCE RESERVATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Confirmation

Confirmation of your registration will be sent to you as soon as your complete application form is received and processed. Bookings for the event must be submitted by the cut-off dates for discount offers to apply. The electronic form for delegate reservations constitutes a legally binding contract. The reservation gives the organiser the right to process the client data in order to process the booking and integrate the client into the event proceedings, operational, event and partner information services.

2. Cancellation, Substitution & Postponement Policy

Paying delegates may be substituted at any time at no cost. Executive Peer Global will not provide refunds for cancellations. For cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the event a 100% credit refund to be used at another Executive Peer Global event. For cancellations received in writing less that 14 days prior to the event a 50% credit refund will be issued to be used at a future Executive Peer Global event. This credit will be valid for 16 months from the date of issue. In the event that Executive Peer Global postpones an event, delegate payments will be credited towards the rescheduled event. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event then they will receive a 100% credit refund valid for 15 months from the date of issue for another Executive Peer Global event. No refunds will be made available for cancellations or postponements.

3. Substitution, Alteration, Cancellation, or Postponement of an Event

Executive Peer Global is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. Executive Peer Global will not be liable if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances that render the conference inadvisable, illegal, impractical, or impossible. In this regard such events include: Act of God governmental restrictions or regulations war or act of war terrorism disaster civil disorder or suspension or restriction of transportation. Please note that the topics being addressed at the event are confirmed at time of publishing, however circumstances may lead to substitutions or cancellations of speakers and/or topics. As such Executive Peer Global has the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers or topics as required.
