By reserving and paying for an exhibition, sponsorship or attendance/networking package the client agrees to the following:

The Client will be invoiced for 100% of the sponsor fee upon the completion of their order or agreement and payment is made/due immediately. The detailed invoice will be issued according to the details provided by the client upon completing their reservation by Executive Peer Global FZ LLC. 

All payments are due by the date detailed in the Invoice. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer will be entitled to withhold the provision of any or all rights, licenses, and/or services contained within the Sponsor Package unless payment is received in full by the relevant due date. 

There are no refunds for cancellations by sponsors or client, and the outstanding balance must be paid to the Organizers. This Agreement shall be governed and construed by the laws of the United Kingdom. 

Using the conference as a platform to promote other events is strictly prohibited.  Attendees may not distribute or promote literature relating to competing events, nor may they approach the Organizer’s speaking faculty, sponsors, or exhibitors with a view to participation at such an event. Failure to observe this clause will result in attendees being removed from the event without any entitlement to refunded fees or incurred expenses.  If The Organizers postpone this event, the received payment at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled event.  If the Client is unable to attend the rescheduled event you will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Executive Peer Global FZ LLC conference event. This credit will be available for up to fifteen months from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for postponements. The Organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. 

The Organizer will assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed, or canceled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders the performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable, or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; government restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war, terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; civil disorder, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.  Should a fortuitous event occur, the Client will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future event. 

The benefit structure detailed in this contract is for the sole use and benefit of the Client and is not to be subdivided, shared, or distributed with any firm other than the signatory of this contract and therefore excludes but is not limited to partners, affiliates, clients, suppliers, and associations.
